The 100 percent carbon Hawaiian Sailing Canoe is now a few days from its maiden voyage. The carbon tube laying longitudinally is the mast being adjusted.
And now for something completely different: We are reinventing the traditional Hawaiian outrigger sailing canoe, built from scratch, traditional lines, all hand sculpted carbon! Now that is going to be fun! About one more month of work left and splash down!

Rigging the new Pegasus-MotionX flying machine for the first time outside of our workshop, as the rain stopped just in time. Tomorrow, Sunday, is the first test-sail here in Santa Cruz! Pegasus-MotionX Carbon Beams in, Aero Trampoline… Another couple days of work and sea trials, foils being faired…. Soon we will be flying!
This is an amazing craft: We are getting ourselves in some extreme sailing with The MotionX 20 Foiling Catamaran! Once out of the water, it’s just like flying. Magical, everything gets quiet, accurate, weightless and incredibly fast!

This Sea Gull Attacks my Masthead WIndex!!! While Sailing the A-Cat, he just decided to get my Windex,. You can see me yelling at him and wiggling the boat to defend my vulnerable windex masthead wind indicator. That lasted 2 minutes!
